Sierra Maddox is NuLife Institute’s CRM/EHR Support Engineer, contributing to the development, customization, and long-term scalability of the core platforms that support daily patient engagement and internal medical operations. She works alongside Tugba Cinar to streamline data flows, refine automations, and improve system architecture with a strong focus on enhancing both the patient and provider experience.
With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego and a a Professional Certificate in Health IT through UC Irvine, Sierra entered the Salesforce ecosystem while working for a telehealth startup in San Diego. There, she led projects that bridged operational needs with backend functionality, becoming known for translating clinical requirements into intuitive platform solutions. She now brings that same energy and expertise to NuLife, where she has designed custom flows, supported backend integrations, and contributed code to several internal process upgrades.
Sierra is a certified Salesforce Administrator and App Builder and is working toward her Salesforce Platform Developer Icertification. Her strengths lie in logic modeling, data mapping, and user testing, making her an integral part of NuLife’s system enhancement team.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys paddleboarding, and spending time with her rescue dog, Luna.
